How this calculator works
This tool takes the date you enter and today's date from your device, then works out the exact calendar difference between them โ years, months, days, full weeks, and total days. It isn't a rough estimate based on 365-day years; it accounts for actual month lengths and leap years, so the numbers line up with a real calendar.
1. Enter your start date
The day you got together, met, or whatever date matters to the two of you.
2. See your exact time together
Total days, full weeks, full months, and a years/months/days breakdown, all calculated instantly.
3. Check your next milestone
The tool finds the next round day-count milestone โ like 100, 365, or 1000 days โ and shows how far away it is.
4. See your next anniversary
A countdown to the next time your start date's month and day comes around again.
Common milestones people track
| Milestone | Roughly |
|---|---|
| 100 days | About 3 months |
| 365 days | 1 year |
| 1,000 days | About 2 years 9 months |
| 2,000 days | About 5 years 6 months |
| 3,650 days | 10 years |
None of these numbers mean anything on their own โ they're just fun checkpoints. The relationship itself is built between them, not on the day the counter hits a round number.
A quick honest note
A days-together counter is a nice way to notice time passing and maybe plan something for a milestone, but it's not a measure of how healthy or strong a relationship is. Two people together for 100 days and two people together for 10 years can both be doing great, or both be struggling โ the number itself doesn't say which.
